  • An appointment within two working days
  • Keep you wait in the surgery to a minimum
  • See you the same day if your problem is urgent


Please help us to help you by:

  • Arriving on time for your appointment
  • Cancelling in good time if you no longer require your appointment
  • Being courteous to all of the staff
  • Only asking for an urgent appointment if the treatment cannot wait until the next surgery
